Project Summary

The 23 storey, class A, office tower is the new flagship for Bentall Capital. Designed by Musson Cattell Mackey with electrical engineering by Schenke Bawol Engineering the building will accommodate the increasing technological needs of today’s traditional and high-tech tenants. The building was constructed with provision for an additional 10 floors which, when completed will make it one of Vancouver’s tallest office buildings.

Bridge Electric also completed a full 4 floor electrical tenant improvement for TeeKay Shipping.
