Project Summary

An 11 unit boutique apartment building located in the heart of the Kerrisdale neighbourhood with three CRU units on the main level to fill the need of additional retail space needed for this area. This four level concrete building was designed with all the modern amenities  in mind and was ready for occupancy just at the right time to meet today’s rental market needs.
